Privacy.

productivitytoolbox.app does not use cookies, does not run advertising, and does not include third-party trackers. The site has no user accounts or signup forms. The Productivity Toolbox plugin does not transmit your Navisworks project files, models, or selection-set contents to the publisher. It does send limited diagnostic and usage events to help us maintain and improve the product. This page explains exactly what is collected, why, and how long it is kept.

Effective date: April 22, 2026.

Who we are

Productivity Toolbox is published by Rade Tomovic, acting as a sole proprietor (preduzetnik) registered in the Republic of Serbia under the business name “Rade Tomovic PR Beograd Vozdovac” (referred to in this policy as “we”, “us”, or “the publisher”). For the purposes of the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and, where applicable, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), we are the data controller for any personal data we receive.

What this website does not do

productivitytoolbox.app:

  • does not set cookies,
  • does not run advertising or retargeting,
  • does not include Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar third-party trackers,
  • does not have user accounts, signup forms, or contact forms,
  • does not use Google Fonts or any external font service (Inter is self-hosted),
  • does not sell, share, or broker personal data.

Contact happens through a mailto: link. If you email us, we keep your message only for as long as we need it to answer you and for a reasonable follow-up period.

What this website does

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes standard server logs (including your IP address) for security, abuse prevention, and basic aggregate traffic metrics, under its own privacy policy.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not collect data that can be used to identify you across sites.

Video tutorials on this site use a click-to-load facade. Thumbnail images are served from Google’s YouTube CDN (i.ytimg.com), which means your IP address becomes visible to Google when those images load. The YouTube video player only loads after you click Play, and from that point Google’s privacy policy applies to your interaction with the player.

The Productivity Toolbox plugin

The plugin runs inside Autodesk® Navisworks® on your Computer. It does not require a publisher account, and it does not transmit your project files, models, selection sets, clash results, property values, viewpoints, or any other content from the models you have open.

To help us understand how features are used and to diagnose errors, the plugin sends diagnostic and usage events to a Microsoft Azure Log Analytics workspace operated by the publisher. Each event contains:

  • a UTC timestamp,
  • a log level (information, warning, or error),
  • a short message describing the action or error (for example, “opened Clash Manager” or “failed to export report”),
  • the Navisworks version and edition (for example, Navisworks Manage 2026),
  • when an error occurs, the exception type and stack trace,
  • your Autodesk sign-in display name and user ID as exposed by the Navisworks API, used to correlate repeated issues from the same user and to support you if you contact us.

Events do not contain model geometry, property values, file paths to project files, selection-set contents, or any other data from the models you are working with.

The lawful basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in maintaining, securing, and improving the product (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Events are retained in Azure Log Analytics for approximately thirty (30) days under the default Azure retention policy, after which Microsoft deletes them. Microsoft Corporation acts as our data processor and stores the data under its Online Services Data Protection Addendum.

In addition to remote telemetry, the plugin writes local log files under %TEMP%\ProductivityToolboxLogs for your own troubleshooting. These files stay on your Computer and are never accessed by the publisher. You may delete them at any time.

License validation is performed through the Autodesk App Store. Your subscription status, billing, invoices, and account information are managed by Autodesk under its own privacy statement. Autodesk may provide us with limited statistical information about purchases and installs (such as totals by country). We do not receive your name, email, postal address, or payment details from Autodesk.

You can object to telemetry processing or request deletion of diagnostic events associated with your Autodesk sign-in identifier by emailing us using the contact details below.

Third parties we rely on

The limited processing that happens when you visit this site or install the plugin involves the following providers. Their own policies govern any personal data they process:

We do not add other third-party services without updating this policy.

Your rights

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Serbia, you have the right to:

  • ask whether we hold personal data about you, and receive a copy of it,
  • request correction of inaccurate data or deletion of data we no longer need,
  • object to processing or request restriction,
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Serbia, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection; in the EU, your national data protection authority).

The data we hold about you is limited to the diagnostic events described above (keyed to your Autodesk sign-in identifier) and any email correspondence you have sent us. Because the only identifier in the telemetry is your Autodesk sign-in identifier, please include it in any request so we can locate your records. Email us at the address in the Contact section.

International transfers

Cloudflare, Autodesk, Microsoft, and Google operate globally. Personal data processed by these providers may be transferred to and processed in countries outside Serbia and the European Economic Area, including the United States, under the safeguards described in their respective privacy policies (such as Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

Children

This site and the plugin are intended for BIM, design, and construction professionals and are not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site, the plugin, or applicable law. The date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. For material changes, we will make the update clearly visible on this page.
